We’re looking for an experienced Server who finds meaning in being part of a vibrant team. This role is centered on creating a welcoming, reliable, and grounded front of house presence and is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Job Purpose: Provide thoughtful, attentive hospitality during service while helping create a warm, community-centered guest experience rooted in consistency, professionalism, and care.
Status: Part and full-time positions: afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Duties and Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Service & Guest Experience
Provide welcoming, attentive, and responsive service throughout the guest experience.
Guide guests through F&B menus, answering questions about dishes, ingredients, beverages, and service offerings accurately and confidently.
Maintain awareness of service pacing, timing, and guest needs to support a smooth and seamless experience.
Cultivate familiarity with regular guests and contribute to a warm, community-oriented atmosphere.
Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with FOH and BOH teams to support effective service.
FOH Operations & Maintenance
Operate POS systems accurately and responsibly with regard to orders and guest checks.
Prepare the service areas for daily use, including opening, resetting, and closing tasks.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service stations throughout shifts.
Support smooth and efficient service flow during high-volume and slower-paced periods.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and properly storing deliveries and service-related inventory as needed.
Team Collaboration & Culture
Collaborate closely with FOH and kitchen teams to maintain alignment, communication, and consistency.
Support teammates proactively during service.
Participate in meetings as needed.
Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully.
Help uphold the tone and atmosphere through professionalism and kindness.
Required Qualifications
Community-oriented, kind, and guest-focused demeanor.
Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service environment.
Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional during high-volume service.
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and adapt quickly.
Foundational knowledge of service standards, food and beverage service, and etiquette.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
English fluency
Physical & Operational Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout service
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50+ pounds as needed
Ability to safely and effectively use restaurant and service tools and equipment
Ability to move efficiently through tight, fast-moving, or crowded service environments while maintaining awareness and safety
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service environments
Interest in food, beverage, hospitality, and community-centered service is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
$30 - $40+/hr—includes guaranteed minimum hourly pay plus daily tips.
Eligibility for metric-based quarterly bonus
Eligibility for paid March reset week off
